Who Can Benefit?
- Patients with severe Vitamin D deficiency (<10 ng/ml)
- Individuals with malabsorption disorders (IBD, celiac disease, bariatric surgery)
- Patients with osteomalacia, osteoporosis, or frequent fractures
- Individuals with chronic fatigue, muscle weakness, or bone pain
- Patients unable to adhere to daily or weekly oral Vitamin D
- Elderly individuals at high risk of deficiency
- Pregnant & lactating women with clinically diagnosed deficiency (under supervision)
Suggested Use :
- A single shot of D-Med Insta 200,000 IU orally or as advised by the physician
- Repeat dosing schedules may vary: every 2–3 months depending on severity
Contraindications
D-MED INSTA should not be used in:
- Hypercalcemia
- Vitamin D toxicity or prior overdose
- Severe renal impairment (risk of hypercalcemia/soft tissue calcification)
- Sarcoidosis & other granulomatous diseases
- Known hypersensitivity to cholecalciferol or formulation components
- Patients receiving high-dose calcium therapy without monitoring
Precautions
- Monitor 25-OH Vitamin D, calcium, phosphate, and PTH levels
- Avoid concurrent high-dose Vitamin D supplementation
- Use during pregnancy/lactation only on physician recommendation
- Not intended for frequent long-term use
