DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Inhale deeply through one nostril at a time while keeping the other nostril closed, make breathing feel clear and cool, use any time if needed.
Adults and children 12 years of age and over
(2 inhalation in each nostril)
Children under 12 years (with adult supervision)
(1 inhalation in each nostril)
Children under 2 years. Do not use.
