DESCRIPTION
Myo-inositol and D-chiroinositol are the two main stereoisomers present in our body. Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is marked in 30 to 40% by insulin resistance and hyperandrogenism. Both Inositol increase insulin sensitivity, decreases hyperandrogenism and improves the menstrual cycle. Calcium L-methylfolate is used to prevent folate deficiency leading to birth defects. It is also used in the clinical dietary management of the metabolic imbalances associated with depression due to PCOS. CoQ10 can improve the metabolic and endocrine indexes of PCOS patients, as well as insulin resistance and endothelial cell function. Vitamin B12 improves insulin resistance in patients with metabolic syndrome.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
Inositol may cause nausea, stomach pain, tiredness and dizziness.
L-Methyl folate may cause abdominal cramps, diarrhea, rash, sleep disorders.
STORAGE
Avoid exposure to direct heat, sunlight and moisture.
Store below 30°C.
