1. General Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund provided:

  • Condition: The product remains in its original, saleable condition—unopened, seal intact, and undamaged.
  • Timeframe: The items must be returned to our facility in Rawat, Islamabad within 7 days of purchase.

2. Product Reactions

Your health and safety are our priority. In the unlikely event that you experience an adverse reaction to one of our nutritional products:

  • We will work with you to provide either a suitable exchange or a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.

3. Online Purchase Returns

To process a return for an order placed through our website:

  2. Proof of Purchase: Please email us a copy of your digital receipt or order confirmation.

  3. Ship it Back: Return the products to our Returns Department at National Industrial Zone, RCCI Road, 1 Km, Rawat, Islamabad within 7 days.

4. Important Details

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrectly sent by us.
  • Re-delivery: For exchanges, standard shipping fees will apply to the new shipment unless the exchange is due to a documented product fault.
