- Dispatch Timings: We focus on getting orders out the door within 24–48 hours.
- Weekends & Holidays: To give our team a rest, we do not dispatch items on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders placed during these times move to the front of the line on the following Monday.
Tracking Your Wellness Journey
You shouldn't have to wonder where your essentials are. Once your order is handed over to our professional courier partners, we will send an automated SMS directly to your phone. This includes a tracking link so you can monitor your package's progress in real time.
Delivery Timelines & Costs
We strive to keep our shipping simple and affordable across all of Pakistan:
- Arrival Time: Please allow 4–5 working days for your order to arrive (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Standard Shipping: A flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies to standard orders.
- Free Delivery: We are happy to offer Complimentary Shipping nationwide on all orders of Rs. 1,500 or more. It’s our way of making your path to better health a little easier.
